Our meat is sourced by a local independant butcher. Keeping things local is important to us, supporting other independant businesses in the area, providing fresh ingredients and knowing where our stock comes from means a great deal to us. Our beef is from the West Country, Lamb will be British or from New Zealand, depending on the season.

We take our fish seriously and go to great lengths to ensure it comes from a responsible and sustainable source. Keeping it local is important to us, and we shop daily at our local fish market to ensure the fish on our menu is fresh and in season.

All our farmed salmon and warm water prawns are responsibly sourced from independently certified farms using sustainable feeds. Tuna is caught using pole and line and our Scottish Mussels are certified by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC)

Blanchbait has replaced Whitebait on our menu and is responsibly sourced from Turkey.
